Friedrich-Opéra
The third group of River consists of mainly very small sculptures and pendants bracketed by two long banners/ wall hangs.
Friedrich-Opéra is about daydreams and safety. Memories of Italian, French, and German paintings together with half-remembered opera scenes and fairy tales provide the main motifs for the wall hangs, the framed set of accompanying drawings, the sculptures, including a small cement fresco, and the decorative pendants.
